[ODE] gap in docs

Hi,
in the documentation, in chapter 7.5.1. Parameter functions
http://opende.sourceforge.net/ode-0.039-userguide.html#ref57
the functions that set stop and motor parameters on a joint are listed, except:
dJointSetUniversalParam()
I found it in objects.h. Is this a gap in the docs or is this function
"private" ? ;)
The function
void dJointAddUniversalTorques(dJointID joint, dReal torque1, dReal torque2);
isn't desribed at all.
