[ODE] ODE has moved to ode.org

hi all,

ODE now has a permanent home on the web: http://ode.org/. the
previous owners of ode.org (the 'open drinking environment') were not
using it and kindly agreed to sell it to me. this is the last move: ODE
will stay at ode.org for the forseeable future.

the redirectors for the two old sites,
	http://q12.org/ode
	http://opende.sourceforge.net/
have been updated to point to the new site. if you encounter any DNS or
redirection wierdness, please let me know.
