[ODE] ODE and OGRE integration

Hi ,

   There is a add-on code (quite good) that show how to integrate ODE
   (0.5 ver) and latest OGRE rendering engine (www.ogre3d.org), a very
   popular graphics engine.

   I think it's very good example to show how to actually use ODE with XYZ
   graphics engine. A question that many people ask in the list.

   The author of that code is Ed Jones (I think!!!), a long time
   member of ODE list.

   Note: this one could only be used with OGRE. But the ODE wrapper is
   a good reference though.
