[ODE] Failing test applications

Hello all,

The test apps from ode-bin-0.5-msvc-SINGLE-debug-notrimesh have these problems:

* test_collision exits with "testing batch 1 (1000 reps)... " on the console and
"ode internal error 0 - bad" in a message box, before displaying anything

* test_crash crashed at some point (haven't been able to replicate)

* test_friction spits out "LCP internal error messages"

* test_ode exits in dTestSolveLCP() with a messagebox that says "A*x  = b+w,
maximum difference = 2.098083e-005". There are 5 other FAILED messages preceding
this one in the console window.


I compiled ODE and the test apps myself on VS.NET, and got the same problems.

These look quite worrying, does this mean the Windows versions of ODE are not
functioning properly? Is it a compilation problem? Or are the tests not up to
date?
