I consider the msvc to be a standard compiler :) so the difference is
between:
1.4 ms (msvc)
1.1 ms (intel)
per cycle of the physics.  "All" code of ODE was in a dll just like in the
msvc7 contribution. (ode_default)

But I will post some proper/more detailed testresults and stress the physics
with more cars, but same testconfig.
