[ODE] world step on linux not working?

i dump my ode body's position to file and get:
as you can see its not NAN as when u print it out it says #NaN

so i have no idea why ODE aint working on linux, it works perfectly on 
windows,
is there multithreaded ODE for linux?

That "stupidly large number" is probably NaN (Not a
Number)...

Look for it's definition somewhere within ODE (if I am
not mistaken, never actually played with it)...

Are u using Direct X ?
