[ODE] reply on mesh mesh contact

        Thanks Sergey! Very interesting links!

        I don't know would we have a robust mesh mesh contact even if we
        go through all those papers. (So sad!)
        The mesh-mesh contact generation seems to be very tricky
        besides such technology...

        Now, I'm looking at preprocessed mesh for better collision

        I really can't figure out what is behind the mesh-mesh scene
        in Novodek demos.(I don't know if Novodek SDK even match with
        Havok 2??? )
