[ODE] fixed joints behaviour in current cvs

My guess is that the anonymous CVS is out of synch with the real 
version.  You can see the changes here:

http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/opende/ode/ode/src/

Look at "joint.cpp" and "joint.h."
