Pierre has contributed about 15,000 lines of the code that
makes up the ODE tree -- so he has pretty much earned bragging
rights.

IMHO it was just /mildly/ cheeky of Adam to post an announcement of
an expensive new version of a different physics SDK to the ODE list,
at least without a nice punchline like 'oh, the new version is so
amazingly much better that we're re-releasing an older version under
the same license as ODE' ;) but Adam has contributed some interesting
technical insights in the past IIRC and doesn't just seem to be on
the ODE list merely to lure ODE's users away. :)
