[ODE] Trimesh behaviour dependent of trianglesize ?

Hi,
once again I have discovered a strangely behaviour. My car (4 spheres, 1
box) seems to alter its behaviour depending on the size of the triangle it
is driving on. On a consistent triangulated plane it behaves as I expect it
to. But on some uneven triangulated trimeshes the car starts to jitter when
it drives from one triangle to another and stays there. Anyone experienced
anything alike ?
