[ODE] spaces

hi,

I have a number of spaces in my world, when i try to add or remove an object 
to one of these spaces, ODE crashes OR it gives me a error saying geom is 
already in  a space,
any ideas what is wrong?

the doco says
for example "This does nothing if the geom is already in the space." under 
dSpaceAdd,
but an error would come up saying the geom is already in this space... how 
can this be fixed?
