[ODE] spam on wiki area page?

hey russ, all,

i copied the banlist as suggested from the www.usemod.com wiki site and
also added blocking of the class c subnets for spammer ips.

this may interfere with legitimate users; and other solutions may have to
be tried if that is the case...  captcha's and the like.
