This issue really needs to be added to a readme or a .doc somewhere.
No, SERIOUSLY. It trips up everybody who happens to follow the wrong ODE
example (e.g., test_boxstack, which defines MAX_CONTACTS as 4), making the
trimesh code look really crappy.
I added a short note to the wiki's TipsAndTricks section, but I doubt anyone
ever sees it because it's the only TipOrTrick there. :-P
