[ODE] Missing files in ODE v0.5 distribution of OPCODE

Hi folks,

Not sure if anyone has noticed this already, but if you want to compile
OPCODE using unix/gcc, the files "Makefile" and "Dependencies" are missing
from the v0.5 tarball's OPCODE directory. I copied these files verbatim from
the 0.039 release (no idea if updates to these files would be necessary) and
OPCODE built successfully (ok with a few warnings but hey), as did ODE on
top of it, at least in my mingw gcc 3.2.3 setup.
