[ODE] binary releases for windows

Great (not that I use windows that much, but still),

 One suggestion: would it be possible to change the
download page into sections, something like:

 Source code:
   - version 0.39 (link)
   - snapshot (link)

 Windows binary:
   - CVS from ... (link)

 Package:
   - RedHat (link)

 etc...
