[ODE] ODE-CVS mailing list

hi all,

the rate of development has picked up recently on ODE, so i have created
an ODE-CVS mailing list. this list receives automatic messages from
ODE's CVS server every time there is a check-in (the messages contain
the diffs). ODE developers and users can subscribe to this list to stay
current with the latest source code.
