[ODE] Question about angular motors.

The ode documentation about angular motors says:
"Each axis can have one of three relative orientation...
0: the axis is anchored to the global frame
1: the axis is anchored to the first body
2: the axis is anchored to the second body.
In case 1 and 2 this means that axis are specified in the local coordinate
frame attached to the body?
Sorry for this question that may sound obviuos but probably my bad knowledge
of english is playing a big part here....
