[ODE] Simulating a vehicle over a terrain

I've had some success building a trimesh for each of my terrain patches. 
However because Trimeshes don't provide an AABB I couldn't put them in a 
quadtree so I've had to manually enable/disable the active trimesh for 
the under an object - it is a bit slow otherwise. I now have a simple 
vehicle (the test buggy) driving over the terrain.
