[ODE] dynamic add of geom and mass to a body

Hi,

Because " ...In the current implementation the center of mass and the point of reference must coincide."  in Ode Body
 
What is the right sequence of ODE functions needed to add a new mass and geom
to a body with a pre-defined list of geom (dGeomTransform) attached that preserve this coincidence ?
