[ODE] dSetZero() patch's speed impacts

Hi guys,

   Does anyone try to measure the speed impact of dSerZero() removal?

   I've just happened to know a great free profiler for VC.NET 2003 :
   DevPartner Profiler Community Edition at www.compuware.com so I can
   profile ODE before and after applying the patch.

   The result show that :
       + Before removal : dSetZero() takes lead in all ODE functions
         with about 20% of CPU power.
       + After          : dSetZero() takes only 2.5%....

   Seems a good result!!! But I can't assure that the removals are
   100% valid in any cases. But in my cases, it works well.
