This should not be the case. What version of the tricollider are you using?
The CVS version or the mailinglist version? If it is the latter, how have
you configured your sphere contact generation? Perhaps you are using really
large polygons? The colliders do not like this. From the sphere collider i
know that the penetration depth computation reduces by the square of the
edge lenghts. And the precision is less near the edges.
