I just wanted to say that I wonder if there is a bit too much focus
on speed here. Speed is always good but the main advantage that I
can see in using this form of iterative solution is that it should
(At least to my understanding) cut down on the memory usage.
Thats the worst problem I see with ODE. That it can take up a huge
amount of memory under heavy loads.
