[ODE] Cylinder class stable?

The difference is huge, one looks like a can (cylinder), the other one
like a pill / capsule (capped cylinder). A cylinder can stand on it's
end, a capped cylinder cant.
I've seen a few collission anomalies with cylinders, and they don't
collide at all with capped cylinders. I'm not sure why, because they
collide with cylinders and spheres, so capped cylinders would seem to be
trivial?
