[ODE] build errors

JS> When I build the test files in MSVC 6 from ode 0.035 I get several errors like the following:

JS> test_chain2.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _dsSimulationLoop
JS> test_chain2.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _dWorldSetCFM
JS> test_chain2.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _dsSetViewpoint
JS> test_chain2.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _dsDrawBoxD
JS> etc...

JS> I don't know much about MSVC or C/C++ so any help would be greatly appreciated.
