[ODE] ODE MSVC7 Compile Attempt With C-Prompt Screenshots. (suggestions?)

Hmmm, I just checked and I do have that file included.

The file exists at "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 
.NET\Vc7\include" on my system.  And in vc7 I have that path set in my 
"INCLUDE" directories.

I even tried moving it to the ode INCLUDE folder and still no luck.

It seems that stdlib.h is not included. Both error and abort need that.
