[ODE] two questions: soft_cfm and jitter/spinning

ok - i have box stacking working for the most part in
my application (which i will post once its behaving
itself - its a web 3d viewer)

- i get the jitter problem when a box comes to rest on
the bottom plane but only if that block did not fall
straight down

- the box also tends to keep spinning on one of its
axis

- if i set dContactSoftCFM then the boxes never
collide with the bottom plane (set at 0.01)

i am stumped on all three of these problems - any help
out there from those who have played with box stacking?
