[ODE] no CVS...

This code does not compile on my fresh MSVC 7 install using NateW's .sln. 29 errors mostly relating to :

c:\A\ode\ode\include\ode\geom.h(65) : error C2144: syntax error : 'int' should be preceded by ';'
...
c:\A\ode\ode\ode\src\geom.cpp(1603) : error C2501: 'SHAREDLIBEXPORT' : missing storage-class or type specifiers

etc, etc...

I have the same problem with my firewall BTW, so I'm eagerly awaiting the next release too..
