[ODE] Bunch of error messages in the new CVS

Hello,

Just downloaded latest CVS, compile it and found the following errors:

1) Can't run almost all ode demos (some brings message "Can't open
image file...", some brings general fault error message, etc.);

2) With new ode library I can't compile my program. Always get error:
"error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol "void __cdecl
dInternalStepIsland(struct dxWorld *,struct dxBody * const
*,int,struct dxJoint * const *,int,float)";
 
With old ode version (downloaded about 2 months ago) everything works
just fine (demos, compiling with my own program);

3) Well, I back to the old ode version for a while. And the next
question: Are there any tricks to move from double to float-point
library? When I compile my program with float-compiled ode, ode always
crashes during bode or geometry creation. When I move back to double
precision everything works fine again. Really odd...
