[ODE] getting a stable version from CVS

Actually: any chance of updating the release on the
Website (0.3, I believe) ? The firewall at the office
is fairly paranoid, and has taken a dislike to CVS in
general.. As such I'm stuck with the current release,
which still has a fair amount of bugs...
