[ODE] getting a stable version from CVS

a question from someone who has been away from CVS for
8 years - what is the command line to get one of the
more stable versions of ode - how do i tell cvs to get
0.3 or 0.35? and which version of ode is the last
fairly stable version?

i search cvs docs to get my answer but its amazing how
hard it is to find anything about getting an older
revision
