[ODE] Hinge2 won't connect

Hi,

me again.

No one, who did Hinge2-Joints before ?

I checked back the buggy-example from the ode, but I can't find
an mistake. I played around with the CFM + ERP values, without
results.

What is wrong with having:
- body1 + body2 and a hinge2 joint
- connect hinge2 to body1 + body2
- set axis1 to (0,1,0) (y) .. y is up
- set axis2 to (1,0,0) (x)

Mh, I don't see the mistake ..
