[ODE] ODE, .Net, and Hyperthreading.

Back in may, I posted an error I was getting after purchasing a new 
computer.  I recently re-visited the error and found that if I turn off 
Hyperthreading in the BIOS, the error goes away.

I'm using ODE thru a .Net wrapper, so I am not sure if the problem lies with 
.Net or ODE. Kinda scary, either way.

  Just thought I'd put this out there incase anyone has a similar problem
