[ODE] cvs compiling issues

That's true.  I submitted the msvc7 project quite a while ago, and I know
there have been a number of changes to ODE since then.  I'll update the
msvc7 contrib as soon as I get around up updating my local ODE code...
unless someone else gets to it first (hint, hint).
