Hi.
I've attempted to compile the cvs version of ODE using msvc7 and also GNU make. MSVC7 complained about external ref to dInfinityValue (maybe this was meant to be dInfinity which I see is used in the code several times, but not dInifnityValue?), and some other things; I got the impression it wasn't up to date with the latest cvs version: is this true? Because of this, I tried to use GNU make.
Using GNU make, I get these errors which I believe might be problems with the source code...
step.cpp
ode\src\step.cpp(442) : error C2675: unary '-' : 'dInfBytes' does not define thi
s operator or a conversion to a type acceptable to the predefined operator
ode\src\step.cpp(443) : error C2664: 'dSetValue' : cannot convert parameter 3 fr
om 'dInfBytes' to 'dReal'
No user-defined-conversion operator available that can perform this conv
ersion, or the operator cannot be called
ode\src\step.cpp(730) : error C2675: unary '-' : 'dInfBytes' does not define thi
s operator or a conversion to a type acceptable to the predefined operator
ode\src\step.cpp(731) : error C2664: 'dSet! Value' : cannot convert parameter 3 fr
om 'dInfBytes' to 'dReal'
No user-defined-conversion operator available that can perform this conv
ersion, or the operator cannot be called
make: *** [ode/src/step.obj] Error 2
Also, I tried to get a more recent version of cvs to see if this has been fixed, but WinCVS gives me this message:
connect to q12.org(q12.org):2401 failed: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
Is there something going on with the server that connections are being refused for a certain amount of time, or is this something wrong with my configuration (which worked before)?
