[ODE] Tricollider status clarification

I'm trying to figure out which one of the many triangle collider
combinations associated with ODE is the newest, the fastest or otherwise the
best one currently:

- ODE 0.03 release package (ODE 0.03 + tricollider in contrib/tri-collider
directory)
- Current CVS head version (ODE in CVS or ODE 0.0.3 + tricollider in
contrib/tri-collider CVS directory)
- Erwin's newstuff.gz + patch sent later (both sent to mailing list
August-September) (ODE in CVS or ODE 0.0.3)

Future development of the triangle collider?

How about Opcode? Does the newest version 1.2 work OK with the triangle
colliders?

If you have tested some or all of these combinations, please share your
experiences.
