[ODE] getHingeRate, getAmotorAngleRate

Hello,


I'm using ODE 0.03, and in the docs describe functions for obtaining the
Angle Rates for certain joints:

dJointGetAMotorAngleRate()
dJointGetHingeAngleRate()
etc..

However, these functions are not yet implemented in ODE 0.03.  Can
anyone who's using the latest CVS verify if this functionality has been
added yet?
