[ODE] BUG: Latest CVS snapshot doesn't compile for Win32-DLL under VC6

Hi.

Maybe it is not appropriate place for such posts, but I'm new to ODE,
so please forgive me :)

Actually the DLL itself compiles fine, but examples are'nt.
The problem is that function dSimpleSpaceCreate isn't exported in DLL.

BTW, static library and examples compiles just fine.
