[ODE] ODE & Mac OS X

Hi Pierre,

I have gotten ODE running on OSX. I've made a working version of Drawstuff
(which has a few ugly bits in the event loop), and fixed the minimal
conflicts in the code.

However I never figured out how to build applications from a makefile on
OSX, so there are some problems with merging this stuff into the ODE
distribution. If somebody wanted to take this over that would be great, or
I'd be happy to mail you the code I have.
