[ODE] dBodySetFiniteRotationAxis usage

I'm having the same problem. When I use finite rotations, the wheels start 
rotatin like crazy when they hit the floor. What's wrong? A bug?

I've done everything to prevent wheels rotating randomly with ODE 0.03 and 
latest CVS. I'm planning to start a racing sim project, but not before I have 
solution for this problem.
