only bodies are enabled/disabled, not joints. so a joint connected to
2 disabled bodies will effectively be disabled itself. a joint
connected to one enabled and one disabled body will be enabled -
because the disabled body will be reenabled the next timestep.
to "disable" a joint you can always detach it.
