[ODE] 0.8.2 candidate

Hi,
 
It may be helpfull to allow (using a #define ) cylinder/cylinder colide,
using the capsule/capsule colider.
 
I've tested it and it work very well (but on the flat side -> objects are
pretty ejected). I think it is a good solution waiting a 'true'
cylinder/cylinder colider.

People,

We need to release a candidate for 0.8.2
The list of changes wrt 0.8 is immensly long.
0.8.1 never got past rc1, but as Oleh did a lot of changes, I want to move
it to 0.8.2

I have been testing Oleh's changes with my own apps, and with ode/demos, and
the stuff I found has been ironed out. 
Looking at the release notes, I think a lot of bugs have been fixed.
We need to know if new ones have been introduced :-)

Jason, can you upload a 0.8.2-rc1 zip file?
Others, could you please test Jason's upload, or alternatively, just fetch
the current trunk from svn, and test that? 
If you find weird behavior, it would help us to know if it got introduced
between 0.8.1-rc1 and 0.8.2-rc2, so if you can test the difference with
older versions please do.

Oleh, thanks for the work, and all the others who put in efforts. 
Remi, it's best to keep your new joints for after this release.
Too much has changed in this release already.
Oh, and if someone can condense the release notes to highlights, please do.
