[ODE] ODE 0.8.1 RC1 released

[Bram Stolk]

The trimesh c.o.m. is added to trunk as rev 1265.
The calculated c.o.m. looks pretty decent for the stanford bunny.

Look at ./demo_moving_trimesh

If people here use the dMassSetTrimesh() please let me know your findings.
