It is because demo_joints opens and closes drawstuff repeatedly.

The first time drawstuff calls glXChooseVisual, all is OK.
The second time, it crashes pretty hard.

This may be a broken glx I have here, or drawstuff not closing properly.
But in either case, it has no operational influence on ODE itself, so we can
ignore this for 0.9
