[ODE] Wiki Spam

[Jon Watte (ODE)]

One simple rule is that if an edit contains more than three http: links, 
you don't allow the edit.
Combined with captchas, that's supposed to be pretty good. Question is 
who would do it, though.
I wouldn't mind a captcha for each edit, btw.
