[ODE] Tokamak engine open sourced!

In case you haven't read about it yet, the tokamak physics engine is
now open source (BSD license).

Here are some features: http://www.tokamakphysics.com/intro.htm

Maybe some of them can be copied/ported to ODE, for example the
breakage and rigid particle support...
