[ODE] dJointGetFeedback function

I use hinge joint and set  dParamFMax =0; But still, when I check the torque applied to the same joint using the dJointGetFeedback function, I get that the torque applied by the joint to the bodies is not 0.
Is there any reason for that ambiguity?
