[ODE] Help! LCP error

I am grasping at straws hoping someone might know what could cause the following error.  I'm sure there are many causes, but maybe someone has an idea of where I might begin to debug the problem?

ODE Message 3: LCP internal error, s <= 0 (s=-6.3558e+36)
