[ODE] Fixed joints

Does anyone know if its possible to modify the parameters of a fixed joint?

The ODE documentation shows functions for modifying all the other joint
parameters but none for a fixed joint.

Surely you must be able to change the CFM and FMax values?

I say this because i need to lock the positions of 2 bodies relative to each
other within one time step, so i need an FMax of dInfinity. Otherwise it
takes too long to slow the seperation of the bodies.
