[ODE] Wheel Friction

Hello,

 

I am trying to figure out why my (rear) wheels spin pretty fast when I apply
torque, however, my car barely moves.  I can actually fix this by applying
the torque to all 4 wheels.  I'm sure there's a way to only apply torque to
the rear wheels.  It seems as if there's little friction with the ground.

 

I have tried messing around with the slip/mu properties with no luck.  I'm
still a bit new, but I know I'm missing something easy.

 

Any help would be great!
