[ODE] 0.8-rc1 released

I'm the current developer and maintainer of OdeNet, a .NET framework
managed wrapper for Ode, and it would be extremely useful if it were
possible to obtain a more detailed changelog regarding interface
changes to Ode (the current changelog file doesn't appear to be sorted
by versions, or is it??). It would be much easier to update the
wrapper code in order to accomodate the new changes.
